Lia the Curious is a spirit you get from incubating Legendary seed from upgrading to rank 4 of the Queen's conservatory and defeating Mueh'zala in De Other Side.
Like the 冥想大师 achievement, this spirit offers you one quest per reset and ends with 所有精魂，无论大小, where Lancour in the comments explains the three quest journey to completion.

If you were wondering, like I was, if there was any point to doing this quest at all, I can say yes...kinda. Depends on if you like adding flavor to your Queen's Conservatory. Once I did this quest, the spirit of a small wolf, Frosty, now roams my Conservatory. If adding flavor is unimportant to you, skip it. I like making things pretty, so I guess I'll do these quests when they're available. Submitting a screenshot of Frosty the small wolf spirit.

Just in case you're wondering where she is in the grove after you've "hatched" her, relog and she'll show up. On the opposite side of the hut to Ohm.
