Oh that is so cool... I can't wait to pick that up for my Priest... Oh wait, I main Horde.
So I'd have to level up an Alliance character to 70, do the questline, then proceed to unlock Legion, quest untill I can reach Argus and progess far enough in the storyline to unlock the Weekly quests for Veiled Argunite.

Yeah, I'm not getting that.

Does anyone know if this toy functions differently on a Man'ari Eredar character?

Is it just me, or does it seem like this is missing some graphical effects? Or maybe just all of the effects don't show up unless you're on max graphics. I run at a 7 and pretty much all my character does is hover while some not-very-glowey gold effects make parts of her invisible until she entirely disappears. And then fully pops back into view until she fades out.
