You need to collect and use the Nokhud Battlegear to be able to interact with them.

You have to kill the various mobs at Nokhudon Hold in Ohn'ahran Plains (/way #2023 35, 39) and collect 3 pieces of gear to make the Nokhud Battlegear:
Nokhud Battle Helm
Nokhud Battle Tunic
Nokhud Battle Barding

Some notes to whoever wants to farm these:

The drop rate is low, even when killing elites. I didn't get any drop from non-elites in like 10 minutes, so I moved on to kill only elites. I was killing the ones marked in wowhead as the main drop source of each item: 格莱兹, 诺库德唤雷者, 诺库德蛮兵, and it took me like 30 minutes to get all three.
All items (诺库德战甲, 诺库德战盔, 诺库德战斗外套, 诺库德战斗骑甲) are Unique and have a 30 minute duration. Once you commit to farm these, you should aim to get them all.
If you get another drop of the same item, because they are Unique, you can't loot it. I recommend deleting the one in your bags and picking the new one, as you will have more duration left (I got the last item with 6 minutes left on the first one, I was fearing to lose it before getting the last item).
The 诺库德战甲 disappears on use, you can only use it once. It has a 30 minute duration too, so it's only purpose seems to be for 蜜酒之角. Edit: As Mclardy kindly pointed out (and as I found by myself through a second farm), this item is also used for 诺库德的武德 achievement.
The buff does last 30 minutes and you can fly to the vendor 莱洛茜娜 without any problem, as stated by radtradt in his/her comment.

Auction House prices for this 2 gold atm and without the wq up getting drops for the armor set really hard. Check your ah before going for the achivement

Seriously? This feels like Blizzard are catering to frustration fantasies. Went through all of the above, but, nokhud and a 500g repair bill.

Auction house had them on sale for 2g and some silver... next time, just spend the tuppence.
