i cant hand this quest in theres nobody to hand it too and no other noblegarden npcs in razorhill

Below is a list of all the items available from 塞满战利品的篮子, which is rewarded for completing / . This quests is started from 复活节饰品 which drops once a day per level 60-70 character from Daetan Swiftplume located in either /way #37 30.24 91.46 艾尔文森林 or /way #1 44.42 35.09 杜隆塔尔 and appears to have a respawn timer of 5-10 minutes. Killing this mob will also award the achievement 聒噪黑手. Items include 6 transmog pieces and a mount:
