This does not spawn until after you have rescued the four adventurers from 逝网蜘茧 south of this spot. The adventurers are rescued in a random order, and will mention the number of their friends still trapped (thanks Quaaid for the correction :).

This is a horde-specific quest - alliance (and people willing to brave the alliance guards) can get the same reward out of 伊萨莉的宝箱.

Must be bugged then. Because as of today @ 120pm PST, the horde one wasn't there, but the alliance one was and I'm horde..so i died getting the treasure from the ally camp.

While this treasure will show up on Draenor Treasures AddOn for Alliance, it is not actually there to pick up. This is Horde-only.

you need to go to the Deathweb Hollow (Entrance: 61.2 84.4) & attack the webs (go near the central Crystal deep inside the cave)

If you are searching for this treasure at Sunsworn Camp (60, 71) and it isnt there, it means you have yet to free the rest of Norana's exploration group from Deathweb Hollow (61, 84).

Attacking Deathweb Cocoon has a chance to release NPCs who will tell you how many you have left to find. Once you find all 4, head back to Sunsworn Camp and a chest will be there for you to loot.

I can confirm that the Alliance version of this chest is lootable by Horde players and is at Lights Rest (56, 76). The Alliance chest is guarded by Level 96 Elites. Both chests drop the same items and both give credit for treasure finds.

They are in the cave of spiders,wrapped in cocoons. As you rescue them the npcs will tell you how many are left top rescue.

Can anyone clarify how an ally character to get this ?
Do I need to loot 伊萨莉的宝箱 first? Or do I need to NOT loot 伊萨莉的宝箱 before this one?
Are these two chests mutual exclusive or can get them both?

For my actual case, I've looted 伊萨莉的宝箱 but can't find this (no chest nor NPCs). Does it mean I have to do something to spawn them? Or I simply wait for some Horde player to spawn them?

If the cocoons you are attacking are opening up empty, put your pet in passive mode, then attack the cocoon.

As a Horde, I could pick up both awards, belfs "Norana's Cache" and Alliance "Isaari's Cache". But as an Alliance I can't see Horde "Norana's Cache", so I can only pick up "Isaari's Cache".

This may help some, may not others. If you are like me, you try everything before ever coming to this site. I completed all the quests for this area and still no cache! When I saw I had to open the cocoons I went back in and the first four cocoons had the NPCs. This may be extreme awesome luck, or it could be WOW taking pity on those of us who don't need to be in the spider realm any more. Just an FYI.

I was able to pick the one up on my Horde character (Shestrouble, Arthas Horde) at the Alliance place. When I picked it up, the Horde location icon thing disappeared.

This is a Horde loot item. It only shows up after you save the 4 NPCs from the Deathweb Hallow. You can loot the Alliance version of this item, but that does not count towards the Treasure Hunter achievement. It only counts when you loot your faction-specific cache.

For those like me who are a little slow, after you free the four NPCs from the coccoons (there is no quest) the icon disappears and there are your four rescuees on the north side of Camp Sunsworn and with a chest, bygolly!
