Following quest 石牙岗哨 is to go and build outpost.
Outpost is located in Stormsong Valley (South-west at 39.38 68.50)
/way Stormsong Valley 39.38.68.50 Stonetusk Watch
This steps unlocks windrider in Stormsong Valley <= map
Now you have to wait for the next Rare follower mission 猎杀巨人 to pop up
After 3-6 hours you get a quest to get back to the main ship.
Following quest 训练双头怪 is upgrade outpost quest for this outpost
