I noticed I started getting these after I maxed out the Iskaara renown. Seeing how I already have gotten a couple paragon rewards with pet charms and accessories and 1.5k gold, they are perfect for helping alts with words of a worthy ally buff.

Why do they only stack to 5 and have a 2 second cooldown.

Incredibly frustrating to use for a rather small rep gain.

With patch 10.2 you can now buy reputation using 飞珑石
切尔宁 the vendor sells all of the faction tokens and can be found in valdrakken at

/way Valdrakken 38.48 37.31
or you can visit one of the respective dragonflight factions in order to buy those tokens for that specific faction.
