You can get 9 艾泽拉斯骑手会徽章 per race for a total of 154 badges (144 from races and 10 from quest ) to pick the quest speak to 安德斯塔兹领主 next to the Rostrum of Transformation where you customize your Dragonriding drake in Valdrakken.

You will need a total of 240 艾泽拉斯骑手会徽章 to buy all the items from the Vendor.
