This wepon is quite the enigma, since it's normal version, 黑曜石斩斧, is a BoE presumably from trash, which cannot be switched to heroic difficulty. And the guess it's only a PTR item like the Heroic Soul Blade won't stand, since then there is no 1h str wep of Heroic level.

You take 黑曜石斩斧 and 火石结晶 to the Crystallized Firestone Collector and you can get 黑曜石斩斧.

In fact you can take any of the BoE and new VP 378 items to her and you can get the Heroic 391 version of it.

What a smexy 1H axe... It's good for both DPSing and Tanking (provided you play either as a Pally or Warrior, seeing as DW Blood DK is failcake), it's friggin' huuuuuuuuuuuuge, and, it's purple both in color and in epicness! :3
