Any idea on the cost of this ?
this item is even good for PVE because there is currently no upgrade over the Nagrand or Kara libram that increase FoL spellpower.

So..where is this libram? I've searched SW and Dalaran arena vendor and I haven't been able to find it.

Since this does not appear to be in the game at the moment, and most PVE paladins may not want to bother with the Deadly version due to the high Arena rating requirement, check out Savage Gladiator's Libram of Justice as a cheap alternative.

I plan on playing through 10 arena losses just for points to pick that up next week.

Edit: Savage relics and weapons did not make it from beta to the live game, so my comment is of no use. The only new 80 Libram of Justice is the Deadly version, which carries too high an Arena rating requirement to be truly viable for a regular joe PVE player like myself. Oh well...
