For boots, I highly recommend the NORMAL Legion Dungeon boots:
Legion Dungeon Leather

These ones are easiest to get, since they are from early bosses:

震壳护足 - Warlord Pajesh, Eye of Azshara
精工河沼长靴 - Amalgam of Souls, Black Rook Hold

The best boots for this set so far is 贵族花式长靴 from Darkmoon Fair for 55 Darkmoon tickets.

影步之靴 Are an option for boots, they clip a little but the colour matches decently if you don't have anything else.

It turns out that there are mythic boots in the game, but they are only on an NPC. Captain Kitt has the mythic boots on.

These might be the best as it's basically from the heroic set, despite not being exactly the same color 桀骜仙子的便鞋. Pretty cheap on my realm at AH.
