So it seems the only way to get the belt and bracers is to get lucky/buy a BOE and to kill a world boss. LFR/Heroic/Mythic don't even have a belt because of the world boss. How stupid is this?

The belt is bugged when worn along with a tabbard and clips over the bottom portion of the tabbard. Hopefully Blizz fixes this soon as IMO this is a gorgeous transmog set. (I've attached a screenshot for reference)

If you've given up all hope of the official belt dropping from a Legion Invasion boss... a nice BoE that works in it's place is the 阵亡符文领主的腰带.
