This set seems to be the "dungeon plate" set for Mists of Pandaria. If you don't want to grind heroics, the "ghost forged" items have a small chance to be created instead when you make the lower ilevel equivalents from blacksmithing.

These iLevel 415 items come from Blacksmiths creating the iLevel 384 Ghost-Forged set also known as the Brick Battleplate (Recolor) set. As a Blacksmith myself, I recently went through 240 幽冥铁块, creating 5/8 of the iLevel 415 items.

There's a small chance of creating these iLevel 415 items and it seems they stick to stats that your class needs when created. The 5/8 iLevel 415 Ghost-Forged items my blacksmith made were all ...of The Sentinel. But don't quote me on that, it's a guess.

Note that like the Liadrin set, the gauntlets for this set don't have fingers.

Ok so this is the recolor intended for Holy Paladins as they are the only plate healers at this time, so that means that they are mostly only available while in Holy spec. If you are in Retribution or Protection spec or another plate wearer then you will get one of the other recolors. The only way to get this set as a Warrior or Death Knight is through running heroic dungeons, getting one of the random world drops or by getting lucky while smithing Ghost-Forged armor. So here are the exact way to obtain everything here:

Assuming you kept it or even picked it up in the first place, I find that the Corpseweed Sickle matches the coloring very well.

Before you go out of your way to get this set through difficult means such as drops and rare upgrades of normal ghost-forged gear like me;

Start by asking around for any Blacksmith with the patterns for the Contenderset. By now(post 6.0), most Blacksmiths will have all or most of the patterns required. The full set will require 69 Ghost Iron bars (138 ghost iron ore) to make.
