First, note that currently, the PvP chest piece for this set (Contender's Satin Raiment) does NOT completely match all other chest pieces, since unlike the others it does not have a "robe" portion and is just chest armor.

Secondly, all pieces of this set with the exception of the chest piece are available as heroic dungeon drops. Assuming you destroy the quest reward chest piece (Darkmaster's Spare Robe), alternate matching chests can be found only via rare spawn drops (Mazu's Robe) or a random world drop (Robes of Forgone Hope).
