This is actually the regular Red Crane set from normal mode, not the "recolor".
The heroic version is Red/Black schemed.

Edit: Just finished this set today including the boots. In fact it are mostly the boots that completely break the awesomeness of this set on a Pandaren Male.
I would recommend you to at least try these boots almong with it: 沉默旅者长靴
Colors are matching in game, and you can even go for the rest of this set and just use the shoulders & helm from the original T14 NHC.
