This title is now account-wide as of supposedly 6.2 - Just got this on alliance on my lvl. 100 Night Elf Rogue, and then I also had it on my lvl. 100 Night Elf Hunter. Also checked if it was available for my 92 orc warrior, which it was not. Others have stated that it's account wide, so that would mean that the character using it has to be lvl. 100.

Took me about 6 hours of constantly doing events, and killing the boss for the repeatable quest.

Managed to do the events and kill the boss with everything from 5-40 random, but cooperative players.

As of 6.2.3 It is account wide and seems that doesn't have level restriction, I'm using it with my new character (Nelf hunter lvl 20)

Due to the retiring of Ashran, this title is now Legacy - if you don't have it, you can't get it. A shame, considering how awesome of a title it is.

If you have “Spear of Vol’jin” you are NOT awarded “Sword of Wrynn”. I have “spear”, but my alliance alt does not have “sword”. I can use “spear” on all my Horde alts, though, no matter their level.
