New title added for Warlords of Draenor, probably from getting exalted with the Horde Ashran repuation called Vol'jin's Spear. Achievement would be Hero of Warspear.

Just reached Exalted with 沃金之矛 3 days ago. Complete the 战争之矛英雄沃金之矛 and i didn't get any title

This achi is very easy to obtain. I did it in around 3 days by completing events, killing rares and handing in artifacts and pvp tokens. It can prob be done a lot quicker if your really dedicated and just focus on events and rares, I did mine as I capped conquest and completing my Nemesis quests.
I would suggest that after obtaining a load of artifacts that you dont engage in mass pvp and head straight to turn in because if you die you loose half of your obtained artifacts, such a waste.

This achievement is now a legacy item and unobtainable as the Ashran Battleground has been removed from the game.

Can confirm that this is no longer obtainable. I am exalted with all dreanor factions on a Mag'har Orc and was the first time I ever hit exalted with any of the dreanor reps. The Spear of Voljin title did not and does not show up in my titles or achivments.
