Not sure if it's a bug, but title is not account wide and only available for the character earned on. This is a little strange because the "of the Frostwolf" is available on both my horde and alliance characters.

Finished up this rep today, the title is now account wide, as is "Conservationist". I can only assume other rep titles are now also account wide.

I'm a bit confused with this now, because I don't have any other faction-specific reputations. I earned the <of the Frostwolves> title on my belf hunter, and since it's for the Horde, on Alliance the mount it gives me is the Dusty Rockhide instead of the frostwolf. But I noticed that the title itself does not switch over to Prelate on my Alliance toons. Is this supposed to be like that?
