高能炉 counters the naval threat 紧急任务. The trait 高能炉 is first provided to you for the quest 真正的海军指挥官 (A) / 真正的海军指挥官 (H).

Afterward, 高能炉 can be acquired 3 ways:

Automatically, as the native trait of a new or upgraded rare or epic ship,
Looted, from a mission that has a ship with the 侏儒船员 / 巨魔船员 buff, or
Purchased, from “老水手”乔伦 / 库隆克·锈火 after it has been unlocked by learning the blueprint.

Additional traits: There are 7 塔纳安丛林 bosses who are guaranteed to drop specific Equipment Blueprints needed for the achievement 海军器械专家.

Additionally:

All rare creatures and NPCs in Tanaan now have a chance to drop a number of equipment blueprints for ships.

Protip 1: I use Macro Toolkit to avoid having to split macros into smaller parts. There are other addons that also allow this.

Protip 2: Want an easy way to reset your Tomtom arrow to the nearest boss on the list? Just type
/cway and voila! *

Note: An 8th boss, 钢铁掠夺者, (second boss in 地狱火堡垒) drops 装备图纸：陀螺稳定仪 which counters 漩涡乱流. The blueprint drops on all levels of raid difficulty.

Note 2: What about the rest of them? Only 3 other blueprints are available in 6.2.0. They come from various sources. 装备图纸：高能炉 (高能炉 for 紧急任务), is a quest item. 装备图纸：防沉护盾 (防沉护盾) and 装备图纸：海象人渔网 (海象人渔网) are vendor rep items.

The blueprints for 储备弹药, 自动航空雷达, 声呐增幅器, Q-43噪音水雷, & 额外舱房 are not obtainable and are no longer required for the achievement.

However, each of these 5 pieces of equipment has a chance to be provided automatically when upgrading or building new ships.

As of 09/01/2015, Blueprints are now learned account-wide*.

* Except for the blueprints that require reputation (防沉护盾 & 海象人渔网), any of the blueprints that you have learned on your alts will be unlocked at “老水手”乔伦 / 库隆克·锈火 once you have completed 真正的海军指挥官 / 真正的海军指挥官.
