is a max-level dungeon located in

. This guide will outline strategies and important role-based responsibilities for each of the 3 bosses in The Arcway, as well as some tips on particularly threatening trash mobs.
When running this dungeon in Mythic+, additional affixes will be present on the enemies in the dungeon, affecting the way they behave. The first affix is acquired at Keystone Level 4, the second at Keystone Level 7, and the third at Keystone Level 10. Full details on Keystones and Affixes can be found in the

Loot
Loot starts at ilvl 865 on Heroic and ilvl 885 on Mythic in Patch 7.3.
For Mythic+ Dungeons, loot does not drop per boss. At the end of the dungeon, a special chest will spawn that contains loot from the dungeon, for which the base ilvl increases based on the Mythic Keystone level. The loot is personal, so each player should loot it to see what their reward is. Two pieces of loot are guaranteed and the items will be appropriate to the player's class/spec.
In addition, all loot in Legion is on an ilvl spectrum. Loot has a base ilvl and a progressively smaller chance to appear as a Warforged version, increasing in intervals of +5 ilvls. The maximum cap is ilvl 895. Learn more about loot in the

For Mythic+ Dungeons, loot does not drop per boss. At the end of the dungeon, a special chest will spawn that contains epic items from the dungeon's loot table, for which the base ilvl increases based on the Mythic Keystone level. The loot is personal, so each player should loot it to see what their reward is. Two pieces of loot are guaranteed for the party, and the items will be appropriate to the player's class/spec.
In addition, if you successfully complete a Mythic+ dungeon within the time allotted, the Keystone that was used to start the attempt will become upgraded by at least 1 level. The faster you clear the content, the larger the upgrade, up to a maximum of 3 levels higher.
If the party upgrades the keystone by more than one level, they will also receive the corresponding number of loot chests.
In 7.2, Arcway and Halls of Valor will give the following AP token based on the Keystone level. The amount of AP is multipled by your current Artifact Knowledge, which can be found in

Dungeon Layout
The Arcway has a maze-like structure. Upon entering the dungeon, players will find several locked doors blocking off access to two of the three exits from the central chamber. Which doors are locked, and which pathway is available, is randomized, and may be different each time you enter The Arcway. As such, the order that the first four bosses are listed in this guide (alphabetical) will not match the order in which players will encounter them in their particular instance of The Arcway.

Once players have defeated the first four bosses, all of the locked doors are opened so it is easy to access Advisor Vandros.

Trash Mobs in the Grand Hall
Ooze Puddles form when Amalgamations dieRegardless of the order that players progress through the instance, they must first defeat the trash in the entrance to The Arcway. This area contains a wider variety of trash than any other area of the dungeon, but players may not have to fight it all, depending on their path.
The entryway to the dungeon is blocked by several packs of Oozes.

Always keep an eye out for patrolling Forgotten Spirits when traversing through areas the party has already cleared!

Felguard Destroyers are often accompanied by 3 Eredar Chaosbringers, making this a very dangerous pack.
Felguard Destroyers inflict

on the tank, dealing heavy damage and reducing the tank's incoming healing for 5 seconds
When combined with the Destroyer's heavy melee damage, this can lead to tank deaths
Tanks should use defensive CDs and Active Mitigation during the

window, and save self-heals until the debuff wears off
Destroyers will also knock the party back with

may disrupt players' ability to interrupt the Chaosbringers, or cause players to pull additional packs of trash
There are several large packs of Wyrmtongue Scavengers near the stairways leading to General Xakal's area. While they do not have to be engaged, they are very often accidentally pulled.
Scavengers deal moderate to high party damage by throwing items at random players
These attacks include

The pack just in front of General Xakal is challenging as it contains a Wrathguard Felblade, an Eredar Chaosbringer, and a Dreadborne Seer. This has the potential to deal very heavy party damage. Players should focus on killing the Dreadborne Seer first, but be certain to interrupt the Chaosbringer's

Forgotten Spirits respawn!Depending on the path players take through the dungeon, there may be a variety of trash between the fourth boss defeated and Advisor Vandros. However, none of it will be new to the party.
Many groups elect to simply suicide to respawn at the start of the dungeon, as Advisor Vandros is located just past the entrance to The Arcway, and nearly all of the trash between the fourth boss and Advisor can be skipped by doing this. Note that on Mythic+ difficulty this will incur 25 seconds' worth of death penalty to the timer due to Champion's Burden.
Be aware that one or two Forgotten Spirit mobs may be patrolling around the entryway and should be killed before players engage Advisor Vandros.
Advisor Vandros Tips & Strategy
Advisor Vandros is a two-phase fight with very heavy movement requirements and high situational awareness is required. The second phase,

Sludge Face, a Sludge, and Slime PuddlesThe objective of this quest is to defeat

Sludge Face has two main abilities, each of which he uses very frequently. Sludge Face will summon a steady stream of

adds, and will also periodically create harmful

on the ground around him.
The strategy to defeat Sludge Face is very simple. The tank must gain threat on the smaller slimes when they spawn, and the party should efficiently cleave or AoE them while focusing on destroying Sludge Face. All players should look for the swirls that indicate where the
软泥滩
will spawn, and avoid standing in them. Once Sludge Face gets low in health, players can ignore the Sludges and focus on killing the boss.
Players will not receive credit for completing this quest until they have defeated Advisor Vandros at the end of the dungeon.

The crate will be empty, and will be destroyed by the interaction
The crate will come to life as a hostile
Creepier Crate
Finding and defeating the Creepier Crate will reward players with the Nightforged Keystone.
The Creepier Crate has no attacks other than melee, so the strategy to defeat it is simply to ensure the tank has threat. The healer will have to devote moderate attention to keeping the tank alive through these melee attacks, but otherwise can help contribute DPS to the fight.
Players will not receive credit for completing this quest until they have defeated Advisor Vandros at the end of the dungeon.

About 15 seconds into the fight, and again again 45 seconds later, the Rat King will

I thought I'd throw this in here for ease of use (for those collecting set bonuses in

Because

will only be seen at level 110, they have unique loot - there are gear pieces with 2-piece set bonuses that you can obtain!
Some more details:
There is 1 set for each armor class, as well as 2 other sets that can be equipped by any armor class.
For all sets, one piece drops in

and the other in
群星庭院
