This debuff is placed whenever you gain Bloodlust. This is done to prevent chaincasting of Bloodlust.

This was implemented so that if a raid that had 15 shamans you could keep chain casting this or if a raid had 8 shamans you could keep the buff up for over 5 minutes(average time it takes to down some bosses). This would be insane if you were able to keep this up in a raid 100% of the time.

Debuff does not countdown whilst offline.

Debuff is cleared when killed, so if you're doing a burn, don't feign death, vanish, invis, ect.

It also reinit every cooldown with +2 minutes, for warlock it's inferno and Doomguard
