Trying to figure out how to get World Quests again?
I was too!

1st, you have to pick a covenant
go through the initial hiyadoin meet n greet stuff
then get access to the WQ.

for the Night Fae, you have to get thru a play scene of all the past expansion battles...
so all the forest peeps learn how you got there.
then go see the Winter Queen and get the buff/access.

good luck figuring out which is best for professions.. like engineering. that seems more rep based.
