So, you can get like 30%-40% DMG at the beggining if you ; SAP(10%), Cheap Shot(10%), Kidney Shot(10%) and Blind for another (10%) . But, If you touch the CC's taget you'll loose your 'Buff'.

Alright messing around with this for a bit, here's what I found out.

If you picked up 消音 you will gain 10% damage for each cc you have on a target/targets.

This means while a target has sap on it you'll have 10% damage, but if you remove sap by doing any damage you will lose the buff immediately.
Which means while a target is under any type of cc you'll gain a 10% stacking damage buff while different cc spells are active.
(blind, sap, cheap shot, kidney shot, gouge)

Also if you're too far from the cc'd target/targets you'll lose the buff also (30-40ish yds)
So this stops you from sapping one target at the beginning and blinding another to get a flat 20% while those are active.

So considering this, the best way to utilize this power is if you sap one target, blind a second target, and cheap shot your main target gaining 30% more damage for that one target.
(gouge doesn't last too long but you could get up to 40% for 4 seconds if you really want too, but considering it costs you 25 energy not really worth it)
