This 30 second Faerie's Blessing is received after clicking the interactive Basket of Enchanted Wings in Shimmerbough and is needed for non-flying players to to complete the Pupa Trooper quest and to engage Old Ardeite.

Old Ardeite is a silver dragon elite bird of prey flying high in the air of the Shimmerbough in Ardenweald just southeast of the Heart of the Forest / Refugee Camp flight pointsand the target for one of the special encounters needed to complete the Adventurer of Ardenweald achievement. If you're grounded and unable to fly, then you'll need one of two items to engage him in combat.

The first, and arguably quickest, item to find is the interactive Basket of Enchanted Wings found just below where Old Ardeite hunts. The Basket is found in the first alcove to the left as you cross the bridge from the Heart of the Forest into Shimmerbough. It's always active so you don't have to rely on chance drops. I've submitted a few screenshots here for easier location / identification. Click the Basket and you receive a 30 second Faerie's Blessing.

The second item, Pinch of Faerie Dust, drops from mobs in Shimmerbough. Use the Faerie Dust and you'll receive a 20 second Faerie's Blessing.

After use of either item, double-jump and you'll sprout Faerie Wings. Simply fly up to Old Ardeite, aggro and make your way back to the ground. If the Faerie's Blessing should end before you reach the ground, then you'll be granted a Faerie's Whisper which will allow you land safely. Despite the distance it travels and the time it takes to reach the ground, Old Ardeite is intent on eating you and won't fly back up into the sky if engaged soon after landing.

This can be a bit tricky to activate.

As a druid, you can't be shapeshifted in any way, or the effect won't let you fly on double jump. Make sure you're not shapeshifted when trying to fly.

And for some reason, when you get the effect Pinch of Faerie Dust that lasts for 2 minutes that drops from hostile faeries the effect will pop off entirely when you pick up the Faerie's Belongings for the quest Break It Down.
