This is the Tank. You get a choice of a couple of these different guys when you first enter torghast during this event.

He's a surprisingly good tank, I was surprised given Blizz's record on this kind of stuff (I've lost count of how many times I've seen my "helpers" attacking a mawrat while I'm fighting an elite). He's pretty much a single target tank though and he starts out with 17k hp which is kind of a joke. Most of the time he was pretty good though.

He also sadly does not have a control bar. So he can pull a lot of mobs if you're not careful.

If his hp hits 0 he just stands there stunned. But he starts healing and once he gets to 100% he reenters the fight.

I can't see any of the abilities he has, but I did notice that he used 跳跃槌击 a lot and it was effective. It even worked on Level 6 boss.

The big tradeoff is that during your run you'll get Anima Power choices for him. Like to increase his hp or dmg or to give him healing (he actually doesn't even heal out of combat as a default). The negative part is I believe these choices are in place of choices you would have got. For instance, if you get 3 choices and they would all have been for you, with the Pet now you get two choices for him and only one for you (as an example, it's RNG I'm sure). This means my Pet got buffed a bit, but I was really sorely lacking in buffs by the end of the run.

But on the last boss he did well. I was afraid he'd get one shot, but he lasted most of the fight.

I run torghast as Hpriest solo, so getting a tank with a CC seemed like an obvious choice. I can deal damage myself, but it's unpleasant to be sieged by enemies, especially some annoying variations.

The dog is classified as a guardian. It's a permanent pet that you can not command in any way.
You can heal it. Prioritize dealing damage though.
If it loses HP it will get out of combat for really short amount of time which you should be able to survive no problem and returns with charge+stun aftewards
It draws and holds agro well enough. Even if somebody runs off it shouldn't be a problem for you, or else what the hell you are doing in the Tower?
It will pursue targets, including damn mawrats, straight into trouble. You'll have to get used to it.
Despite being able to accidently pull an extra rare elite AND the floor miniboss it can take them on and your team will survive, if you do your part properly
It's damage is irrelevant, dont take any powers to improve it
Do take powers to improve its health and healing and of course its CC
Power to explode on low HP deals devastaing damage

霍尔古尔 is summoned by choosing the Anima Power: 指挥体系 in Torghast.

He's a great choice if you want a tank companion along, but you have no control over him so mind where he runs.

If Horgul loses all health he doesn't die, he will cast 凝结心能 and regenerate himself. His other abilities are 咆哮 and 跳跃槌击.
