This "Forming" has not yet been introduced and i for one am unsure how it will be introduced into the game.
with people already duel wielding left and right. will they be able to combine ?

Only Used on a private server No such thing on a live server
This allows you to form both the right and left blade together to make a ninja star looking awesome weapon!

While it says it requires both the right and left blades to cast, when linked on a live server(at least Whisperwind) it only says it requires the right blade. I also assume that it allows the right blade to be link-able as I was able to, but not the left blade or the twin ones.

well with motes it uses 9 and destroyes the tenth so to speak to create it probably a simliar game mechanic is being used in these
