This talent seems pretty lackluster compared to 神圣复仇者 and .

Holy Avenger increases HP generation by an average of 30% (18sec/120sec * 200% increased HP generation).
The average value of Divine Purpose is a bit harder to figure due to it being able to proc off of itself. However, based on the probability of getting a given streak of procs, it's value approaches 33.33% (25% for 1 proc, 6.25% for 2 procs, ~1.56% for 3 procs, etc.).
Assuming no haste, 十字军打击/正义之锤 generate 1 HP per 4.5 seconds and 审判 generates 1 HP per 6 seconds for a combined value of .3888 HP per second. Sanctified Wrath generates 1 HP per 15 seconds or .0667 HP per second.
This is an increase of ~17% over "baseline" HP generation. And this also doesn't figure in 大十字军 procs (1 GC per 15 seconds reduces Sanctified Wrath's relative improvement to ~14%). As you tank more mobs, you'll have more GC procs, which in turn reduce the relative benefit of this talent even further.

For increased HP generation, Sanctified Wrath seems to be the clear loser in this row. Hopefully, they change it to make it more competitive with the other two talent options.
