To Break this buff you will need to use the power of 10 combined skyshards to make a sky crystal which will then break the Nimbus Shroud

At this point of time skyshards are currently unknown of where to obtain them

I got a Skyshard yesterday in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. I was just doing dailies for Golden Lotus, had no idea what it was for until now.

阿拉尼 has this buff, she flies around the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. She drops 雷霆红玉云端翔龙缰绳. To remove this buff, you will need 天水晶. But in order to get that, you will need 天之裂片x10. These are rare drops off of mobs in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, and getting a 天水晶 is challenging. 阿拉尼 herself isn't tough, and any level 90 can do it.
