They are littered around on the ground, and they drop from the Blood Elves that guard the area. The Blood Elves shoot fireballs, and attack with their staff, and like to randomly run around more than normal, so watch where you are and where they are.

There's also a Lvl 18 rare spawn named Fenissa the Assassin that patrol the outside perimeter. She's stealthed so be careful.

You have to complete -> Chain quest "Intercepting the Message" 拦截情报 in order to start THIS chain

I cannot pick this up after having finished the I shoot magic quest. Night Elf, but I think I have completed it with another night elf character earlier.
Edit:
OK, now it's available, so it seems that the quest chain mentioned above is not enough alone. Since then I completed Cutting a path, maybe that's it.

波鲁斯收到了关于另一处坠毁点的新消息。据悉，这处坠毁点正是埃索达的冷却核心。冷却核心其实是个大型分离舱，舱内包括若干与埃门岛坠毁点的建筑类似的小舱。

那儿应该储备有大量医疗补给品。前往秘血岗哨西面的冷却核心搜寻医疗补给品和幸存者吧。
