For this quest you need to click on little white orbs that appear in the quest area. Here is a screenshot showing what these orbs look like. In this image my coordinates are 29.9, 23.2 in the Maw. Personally I didn't find this quest to be too bad, and when I did it the orbs respawned relatively quickly after I clicked on them so I was able to click on the same orb again.

These 2 spawn points at /way 31.07 23.90 & /way 30.54 22.57 are next to each other, just run between the 2, respawn is fast and has few mobs.

unlike most quest items these can only be picked up by one player. fortunately there are a lot of them around and they respawn quickly
