To complete this quest you need kill three oponents in Theather of Pain.
After kill the first Champion wait the next Champion spawn.

Appears to be bugged when using the quest's group finder. Everyone is phased and there doesn't appear to be a way to fix it. I haven't tried it, but I'm fairly certain if you make a group on your own, not using the quest group finder, it should work properly in the meantime. If anyone has done that instead and had it work, please let me know. Edit: Just tried creating a group outside of group finder and we still had the phasing issue. Hopefully it will be fixed tomorrow/later today.

Phasing of this quest is broken if you group up while in the zone or near Theater of Pain.

Once you have your group, the group leader should stay near the Theater of Pain while the rest Hearth/fly to Oribos and back, this seems to reset the phasing and everyone will be in the leaders phase on return to the Theater. (remember to check WM).

Hopefully this gets fixed soon xD

Does the quest reward scale with level? Should I wait until I hit 60 before turning it in?

I would wait with turning it in as the rewards scale and it can be quite nice to have a high ilvl weapon to start your 60 experience,
so far i've found it gives ilvl 140 at lvl 58 and ilvl 146 at lvl 59.

Basically, you'll have to fight three powerful monsters within the arena. It's most likely impossible for you to solo; however, if you're in a decent-sized server, there would probably be other people who are already fighting it, so you can join in. There doesn't seem to be a limit to the number of people who can tag it.

A real proof of concept for the Group Finder, this quest puts you up against 3 of 7 possible bosses:

阿兹莫加尔
凋落者赞图斯
德弗莫塔
坚不可摧的乌尔兹
妖女戴拉克斯
提欧
劈骨者莎布蕾尔 (requires Necrolords Covenant member, see below)

These bosses are all objectives of the achievement 铁血搏击. 劈骨者莎布蕾尔 is an objective of 玛卓克萨斯冒险家, and Devmorta, Mistress Dyrax and Ti'or are objectives of the 自押自擂 series of quests.

There doesn't seem to be a limit to how many people can tag each boss, although there have been a couple reports of their HP scaling to the number of tags. I personally created a custom group in the Group Finder and was able to get 5 people in the same shard, but there have also been a couple mentions of this not working so well, either. Your mileage may vary!

As for 劈骨者莎布蕾尔, they are a boss that can only be summoned by a member of the Necrolords Covenant. The member must have done quests up to 兵主之座, and then have unlocked Anima Conductor Rank 3, at which point they should channel their Anima Conductor to the Theater of Pain. 劈骨者莎布蕾尔 will then spawn after 德罗克拉德 spawns (keep killing champions until you see him), and give you a shot at 重装骨蹄荒牛 and 劈骨者的颅猪 for your trouble.

Don't stand around near the entrance after you complete the quest checking out your new gear.

The bosses inside the theater will throw AOE at you halfway to the flight master and obliterate you.

This Quest contains and interesting Wrestlemania reference. "legends rise like cream to the top" refers to Macho Man Randy Savage's famous "cream of the crop" promo.

Tried to solo this as an average geared Balance Druid. I was able to solo Xantuth and Unbreakable Urtz fairly easily by kiting around the arena using Sunfire/Moonfire then travel form or kitty sprint to make some space before unloading Wrath, Starfire and Starsurge. Slow, with a lot of quick Rejuv + Swiftmend. Got DESTROYED by Devmorta because of all the lasher adds in the arena during his fight making it impossible to kite between adds and AoE. Not sure about other bosses but whether this is soloable or not is going to depend heavily on your class and which bosses you get.

If you are a Mage, do not do this quest as Arcane. You will be severely limited to the few instant spells we have. The first "boss level mob" The Magma Elemental-Urtz, threw AoEs that basically followed me around. No chance to use Arcane Missiles. When my Presence of Mind was expended I was reduced to Arcane Barrage Nether Tempest and Arcane Orb. This is a fight better suited for Frost of Fire where where a Mage has more flexibility to cast on the move. Second fight was no different. The Dark Naru with the four death rays of dark energy which rotate with the mob, stand still means insta death. Azmogal.. same thing.. the fear is no joke and also throws out a ton of small AoEs, but is a bit more manageable.

My group successfully killed all of the opponents but got credit for none of them. Only fighting them ungrouped seems to give credit
Edited to add that the first group I was in was a raid group. Trying again with a regular 5 man group, I was able to get credit for the fights.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 我也要当参赛者	Quest you taking from 无误者安吉奥 50 51 Maldraxxus. Go to speak with 路易森 54 48.
2 最后生还者	First slay 亡眼 55 33 then pick up 5 死亡的新人 they are around. This quest do together with 寻颅高手.
3 寻颅高手	Slay boar after use close to them 路易森的软骨切刀 to get 12 血牙颅骨. then deliver skulls to 马塞尔·穆比 54 49.
4 团队精神	Go on arena and throw 团队精神合剂 on 15 竞技场挑战者. Care on Elite mob on mid of arena xD. This quest You can do together with 人手一件.
5 人手一件	Go on arena and pick up from ground 12 堕落者的武器.
6 测试你的斗志	You need to defete 评估者马鲁斯 53 49 and 测试者萨哈丽 55 46 Speak with them to start fight.
7 ……即使是最离谱的要求！	"This Quest you take from 监督者卡瓦洛斯 54 51. In quest first Speak in oreder with: 1. 加恩·吞骨 53 51 show will start Ten use spell on extra bar ( if you done it to late just do it one more time ). 2. 拆解者米诺瓦 53 50 3. “发电机”伦希萨 54 51 You will need to bring 你能找到的最大的岩石 is oposite to quest giver."
8 激发活力	Take Quest from 拆解者米诺瓦 53 50. Go to speak with 索·纳里纳 53 47.
9 副作用	You need to buy 必要的强化剂 from 奥·拉里纳 ( is next to quest giver ) Then go to speak with 拆解者米诺瓦 53 50. Return quest to 监督者卡瓦洛斯 54 51.
10 自己人的事	Take Quest from 路易森 54 48 then go to speak with 奥·纳林 53 47.
11 一笔贷款	Collect 6 心能之瓶 by speaking with NPC is camp ( with some of them you will need to fight )
12 生者的差事	Use Broker Portal on right side. You will get in new map, You need to kill mobs until 100% or press on 掮灵牢笼陷阱 ( one is giving 7% ). When you get to 100 move to 68 57 and capture 抹除者寇戈夫 you need to get him to 1% HP. Then go back thru portal.
13 稳赢的赌局	Take quest from 路易森 54 48 then go to see 无误者安吉奥 50 51.
14 阶梯	Defeat 3 opponents within the Theater of Pain. Just go on arena to kill Elite mobs, after You will kill one next one will come in 1 min. After finish this Quest You will finish Story line.
