- turn in at your Orphan and get the new quests, both for 德鲁斯瓦:
- use at 35.99 51.23
- I started at Fallhaven, follow the road, turn left at /way 48.48 31.91, take path at /way 45.42 39.3. Use whistle at 46.31 44.77
- turn in quests
返回孤儿院 - return to Matron in Boralus and use the whistle

If you happen to be on this quest and 老熊 at the same time, you'll be in a phase where your orphan doesn't trigger properly. You'll need to finish the other quest, leave the area and come back to reset the phase to normal, and then your orphan should trigger and you can complete this quest.

Thanks to minamus (below comment), now we know there are two paths to Ulfar, this one out of Arom's Stand. I am adjusting his coords so you can see the path off the main road to the right a little better.

I, as the new established Archdruid only last expansion, are very upset with this kid. He just started to ask to look at some people who can turn into bears, cats and other things WHILE I AM RIGHT THERE! And the ones he wants to see aren't even real druids, but fake human variants. I am butthurt.
