Get the quest from 挖掘者格拉德 in Stormwind (North, /way 54.41 18.11 Golad). You need exalted reputation with Ironforge and a dwarf at level 120.

一路走好 - travel to Dun Morogh (flight path Gol'Bolar from Stormwind took ca. 4 min, you can also take the 矿道地铁), go to the end of the cave and kill “窃贼”莫洛克
有什么有价值的东西吗？ - leave cave, travel to Ironforge, meet 布莱恩·铜须
古代铠甲，上古之谜 - visit 顾问贝尔格拉姆: /way Ironforge 44.51 49.42 turn left, go downstairs
多加小心 - kill troggs
艾格利姆的书房 - follow 顾问贝尔格拉姆
昔日碎片 - collect 破碎护甲裂片s. Golems will attack you. Return to Brann
想来点儿酒吗？ - meet 格鲁努斯·削钢 in Loch Modan
招募掌炉者 - travel to Ulduar (Northrend-风暴峭壁, engineers can use their 虫洞发生器：诺森德), you'll enter a phased version of it
- follow the way, turn left, kill elementals and help Ignis to defeat 熔炉炎奴
- return to Loch Modan: follow Brann to the entrance of Ulduar and take his flight machine
大地赐福 - fly back to Ironforge and enter Old Ironforge again: /way Ironforge 44.51 49.42 turn left, go downstairs
- collect 土灵仪式的残留物 (near Advisor Belgrum), leave Old Ironforge and turn in at 塑石者布德克拉格
铸造铠甲 - stay inside of the circle on the ground and click the extra button 强化石像形态. 携带古代金属 from the ground to the new circle on the ground near the forge. 携带熔化的古代金属 to the anvil. Click extra button 熔铸！. Pick up the item and bring it to 格鲁努斯·削钢
铜须部族的遗产 - speak to 穆拉丁·铜须 and get your 铜须的传承 ->

Questline took ca. 40 min, depends on your travel options

For those of you that also forgot where the exact entrance to Old Ironforge was...its on the left side when you go into the throne room (The High Seat) in Ironforge. Once you go through the doorway turn left and theres a staircase that goes down.
