大酋长的召唤 popped up after first login with a level 110 toon one week after prepatch for BfA.
If you completed the story with one character (of the same faction), you can talk to Sylvanas "I have heard this tale before" to skip the chain after accepting 大酋长的命令 (step 2). You'll get teleported to the south of Darkshore with access to World Quests.
You will need to complete the previous chapters to unlock the following ones (chapter 1 and 洛丹伦之战 (chapter 3, step 2) can be skipped).

Chapter 1 (unlocked 07/24/2018):

大酋长的召唤 - meet 希尔瓦娜斯·风行者 in Undercity (use the middle doorway in the Apothecarium to reach her -> /way 幽暗城 53.22 62.73 Entrance). Don't use the teleporter from Silvermoon to go to Uc, this might kill you
大酋长的命令 - travel to Crossroads and meet 萨鲁法尔大王
兵贵神速 - travel to Astranaar in Ashenvale and meet 罗拉什
- dismount and use your extrabutton to mark the guards
- meet 希尔瓦娜斯·风行者
佐拉姆加前哨站 - fly to Zoram'gar Outpost and speak to the mentioned NPC. Return to Astranaar
保持警惕 - turn in at the border between Ashenvale and Darkshore
- kill 6 enemies
- return to Zoram'gar Outpost
低空速掠 - speak to 扎维克·布拉斯维克斯 and kill wisps and trees
势不可挡 - return to the border to Darkshore, pass the wall and wait for Sylvanas. Reload, if she doesn't appear for you
不堪一击的投刃车 - burn glaives with your 永燃之火
 - kill 7 elfs
- kill 8 owls and 10 furbolgs
- kill 燃烧的古树 (cinematic after turn in)
黑木洞穴 - kill 10 furbolgs
激进鼓励 - place 3 banners
- return to Zoram'gar Outpost
- kill 10 elfs
- collect Azerite lying around
- turn in at the marked area
- click 地精恶火, it will transport you. Kill enemies
- return to Sylvanas and click her dialogue
After that 4 World Quests in 黑海岸 popped up.

It took around 40 minutes.

Chapter 2 (unlocked on 07/31/2018):

萨鲁法尔归来 - find Saurfang (I got this quest after entering 黑海岸)
绝不手软 - click 8 citizens
海边集结 - kill 2 named NPC (卡拉妮·楠弓 and 爱丽尔·鹿卫)
赶走他们 - kill 15 defenders
杀手女王 - fly to the marked area, find Saurfang, watch roleplay and meet Sylvanas at the beach (45.52, 18.26). Click her dialogue (cinematic)

It took around 11 minutes, starting at Darkshore's south & without cinematic.

You will gain 幽暗城天灾蝙蝠的战祸缰绳 (teaches 幽暗城天灾蝙蝠) at the end (reward from 杀手女王) and also get 泰达希尔角鹰兽 (泰达希尔角鹰兽的闷燃缰绳) for the other faction at the same time. So you only need to complete the quest chain on one faction to get both mounts, but they are bound to their faction.

Chapter 3 (unlocked on 08/07/2018):

争霸艾泽拉斯：清算的时刻 - meet 萨鲁法尔大王 (popped up after login)
洛丹伦之战 - speak to Isabella on the left side, click the dialoge to start the scenario (20 man) - you can skip this step, if you completed this before on an other character
- kill enemies to fill the bar
- follow Saurfang and help him to go to the middle of Undercity
- click the dialogue of Uc's citizens to fill the bar
- use 洛丹伦传送门 below the bank
- follow Saurfang and kill all enemies in front of Undercity (3 waves) (cinematic when done)
- speak to a 药渣农场卫士 to get 魔药之罐. Click 受伤的部落士兵 to fill the bar (cinematic)
- follow 纳萨诺斯·凋零者
- fight against the Alliance (cinematic)
- follow 纳萨诺斯·凋零者 again
- wait for her and follow 希尔瓦娜斯·风行者 (cinematic). You'll get transported to Og after that

It took ca. 27 minutes, starting in Og at Saurfang (ca. 21 without cinematics)

Chapter 4 (unlocked on BfA Release):

垂死的世界 - travel to Silithus and meet Magni (popped up after login). Speak to Zidormi, if you changed the phasing in Silithus before
艾泽拉斯之心 - follow Magni to the translocator and click the console's dialogue (cinematic). Speak to Magni
You will get 艾泽拉斯之心 and 一见倾心
灌注世界之心 - use your extrabutton 艾泽拉斯之心 at the azerite ores to fill the bar, go to the middle and click it again
代言人的命令 - go to Orgrimmar (use the transporter behind Magni) and meet 纳萨诺斯·凋零者
争霸艾泽拉斯：使命宣言 - enter Grommash Hold (cinematic) and meet your team in the inn
逃出暴风城 - click 凋零者的轻松死亡药水 on the table and go to the wall. Click 天角雄鹰, it will transport you to the solo scenario:
- destroy the two padlocks and enter Stormwind's sewer
- go to the marked area and meet 洛坎
- click the door, speak to 萨鲁法尔大王 (wait for his dialogue is complete before you open the next door. Might bug otherwise)
- go to the mark on the other side, click the door to free the Zandalaris. Follow and defend your team on the way to the northeastern part of the dungeon. Click 暴风城下水道入口
- speak to 洛坎 and follow him. Speak to him again after you jumped into the water, follow again
- kill attackers and follow your team and speak to 纳萨诺斯·凋零者. Follow again
- destroy 寒冰壁垒
- kill enemies on your way to the nothern dock. Enter your ship and speak to 塔兰吉公主 (cinematic)
欢迎来到祖达萨 - follow 塔兰吉公主
拉斯塔哈 - click 执行者的翼手龙, it will transport you to the princess. Talk to her (cinematic)
部落的代言人 - speak to 佐拉妮 and follow her. Use the elevator and click 部落战旗 at the balcony
Re-enter the building and visit the tree chambers. Turn in at the other room at the floor
手头要事 - meet the princess
各取所需 cinematic. You get 欢迎来到赞达拉 after turning in
Quest line done - now you can chose your preferred quest area at the map on the table

It took ca. 55 minutes (ca. 50 without cinematics)

• Accept the quest, , from 贾克斯·巴斯吉克斯 at coords 35.8, 84.8 (Shores of Remtravel's Excavation, 黑海岸).
• Travel east, to the Blackwood Den, to coords 44.6, 86.4.
• Turn in the quest to 扎维克·布拉斯维克斯.
