I present Blood in the Water quest chain. Part of 战鼓震天. To start this Questchain you need to have 7.5k/12k reputation with 第七军团. One of Rewords from this Qeustchain is unlock dungeon 诸王之眠.

Quest Name:	Start and description	Finish
1. 行动代号：狮鹫之爪	AUTO START - After you will reach 7.5k/12k reputation with 第七军团 that Quest will auto pop up. Fly to Boralus to speak with 哈尔弗·维姆班恩 He is on ship.	哈尔弗·维姆班恩
2. 被拦截的命令	哈尔弗·维姆班恩 - You need to Listen to Halford's report.	哈尔弗·维姆班恩
3. 猎杀鲜血王子德利文	珊蒂斯·羽月 - mount 迅翼 after you will auto fly to locate Horde ships.	珊蒂斯·羽月
4. 深入敌船	珊蒂斯·羽月 - On this quest you have 3 steps: 1st You will fly use skill 1 to land in water and use the rope to get on board. 2nd Kill 10 Sailors. 3rd open You will fall into a trap but at the end 蛮锤狮鹫骑士 will save you.	蛮锤狮鹫骑士
5. 舷侧乱象	- Durning quest 深入敌船 when you will get on ship board you will be able to pick up this quest from cannon. At first you need to pick up 3 items: 灌注艾泽里特的炮弹 in room on left, 灌注艾泽里特的火药 between cannos and 女妖之啸号火把 next to the steps. After you collect them all you need to shut from all 3 cannons. This quest you will only finish when quest 深入敌船 will be done.	蛮锤狮鹫骑士
6. 蛮锤的专长	蛮锤狮鹫骑士 - You will fly and you will had 2 skills to use ( i was using only skill 1 ). You need to do 4 things: Burn The Crimson Squall deck and The Crimson Squall sails ( this 2 are on first ship with you will fly around ) Kill 60 Soldiers and destroy 15 Horde rowboats. After that you will land on ship and go to bow deck to see 珊蒂斯·羽月.	珊蒂斯·羽月
7a. 违背自然的船员	珊蒂斯·羽月 - Kill 12 Horde crew aboard the Crimson Squall. 珊蒂斯·羽月 is under the deck.	珊蒂斯·羽月
7b. 邪人邪晶	珊蒂斯·羽月 - Destroy 5 San'layn Crystals. 珊蒂斯·羽月 is under the deck.	珊蒂斯·羽月
7c. 诸王之眠	珊蒂斯·羽月 - You will auto finish this quest with same NPC. After finish this quest you will get 诸王之眠. You will unlock new dungeon 诸王之眠.	珊蒂斯·羽月
10. 终结萨莱因的威胁	珊蒂斯·羽月 - You need to kill 鲜血王子德利文. Follow 珊蒂斯·羽月 door will be open and you can kill him. To run out from ship you need to jump in to the water and use skill on your extra action bar.	珊蒂斯·羽月
11. 利落的逃脱	珊蒂斯·羽月 - After accept quest you will be taken back to Boralus. After finish this quest you will reach part of 战鼓震天.	哈尔弗·维姆班恩

Not sure if bugged or just poorly designed, but I accepted this quest but never got to complete it and/or turn it in. And at the moment now I don't know if I have access to King's Rest.

Edit: Okay, upon watching video, it appears this isn't a real quest. There is no "accept", you just immediately complete it. Very poorly designed, with no indication one has gained access to the dungeon.

The Horde aren't just here on a san'layn shuttling mission. There are lots of high-ranking Horde figures here. Something's going on.

One perk of dealing with important Horde targets is that they tend to be carrying important information. Look at this map I found on one of the bodies. See the big red circle around "Kings' Rest"? What is Kings' Rest? Why don't the Alliance know about this?

We'll have to look into it as soon as we get back on land.
