Ol'Sooty Can be found at a cave near Thelsamar at 37,7. He's a level a level 20 (Non Elite) bear. He's also surrounded by Grizzled Black Bar from level 14-16.
He is not hard to kill if you are level 16+ I soloed him at my hunter who was at that time level 19.

The ammo sack and the quiver are still the quest rewards for this quest, even though ammunition has been removed from the game. The quiver still displays as it did before (on the back).

Both rewards can be equipped by any class and store any item.
