Rare is located on Tusk Isle, at the northwestern part of isle.

HI All

You need to kill 雷炙. You can find him on top of cliff on ~~Tusk~~ Isle between ships on Zuldazar. He is spreading blue orbs if you will get on one of them you will get stun.

How to get there (Alliance side):

- Go to Seeker's Outpost flight point in Zuldazar;
- Go west until you reach the following coords: 58,74;
- Kill Lei-zhi, solo or in party.
