Why is every comment here downvoted to -2?
Granted, some may be a bit better, but still - you're going to downvote someone who went to the trouble of logging into the site to try to provide info you were obviously here seeking?
Well, for what it's worth, I am going to upvote all 3 just because they took the time to try and help. Now all 3 are back to Zero instead of -2.

World of Warcraft World Quest: Bloodbulge

How to get there (Alliance side):

- Go to Verdant Hollow flight point in Zuldazar;
- Go Northeast until you reach the following coords: 59,18;
- Kill Bloodbulge, solo or in party.

Bloodbulge is phased if you are on the War Campaign quests that replace blood troll mobs at the Blood Gate. You must complete the quests* to see Bloodbulge and complete this world quest.

*questing until you reach We Have Them Cornered will un-phase the Blood Gate. This takes about ten minutes.
