The rares who drop these mounts only yield loot for you once per day. I have created a macro to track whether they have been killed by you during this reset:

弗拉克苏尔 who drops 毒牙撕咬者 found in 安托兰废土 at 53.2 35.8
普希拉 who also drops 毒牙撕咬者 found in 安托兰废土 at 65.5 26.7
吞噬者斯克里格 who drops 酸液喷射者 found in 玛凯雷 at 49.6 10.0
牧羊人卡沃斯 who drops 疯狂的混沌奔行者 found in 玛凯雷 at 55.7 59.8

You can find him on north Mac'Aree. Is a lot of mobs around get in group.
