Was able to pick up this quest although i have completed "Port of Zandalar"
couldn't find Zolani on any of the 2 known locations ?

For those who cannot see the NPC Zolani, watch in your quest log if you have the quest named A Port in Peril. If you do, abandon it.

This quest sends you to Warport Rastari and Zolani teleports to there instead of staying at Grand Bazaar.

Had the same issue as most here, went to hand in the quest and she wasn't there.

I had completed pretty much all of the story line quests before completing the side quests ( this was on an alt )

Ended up flying to all the last know locations I had seen her, in the hopes she was there, but sadly not.

In the end a simple relog fixed the issue for me, there she was, waiting for me to hand in 邪恶罪证

Worth a shot instead of running round the whole map trying to find her :D

IF you accept A Port in Peril before turning this in, you can complete this two ways.
Abandon the A Port in Peril, and she should be there. Or
Complete the quest from A Port in Peril, and then go back to Zuldazar when you go to turn in The Prophet's Ploy.

When you head back, they will both be stand on the The Golden Throne right outside the elevator.
