I received 46g 80s and no items for completion as a level 120 Prot Paladin and a quote from Hemet Nesingwary: "Well, that was embarrassing. At least ya found me rifle." As, he walks down the hill and disappears with no apparent follow-up.

The buildup to this quest was pretty cool, but the payoff could've been better. I feel like it deserved an unique reward.

How the mighty have fallen... As a Hunter this was a very disappointing end of a nice questline. No quest rewards at all. I was hoping for a nice weapon but the auction house still seems the only place to find a 310 gun/bow.

螳螂捕蝉 is a pre-requisite for this quest-chain. You can obtain the quest 螳螂捕蝉 from the body of a dead hunter Southeast of Nesingwary.

I see all the people saying they got no weapon as a quest reward. I have always gotten a weapon doing this on various toons, but I've never done it at 120 maybe that's the difference.

I actually came here wondering if it'd be better to do this questline at 120, since the weapon would obviously be a higher ilevel. But I guess the fact you may get no weapon answered that for me!

This quest gives the same ilvl weapon reward at lvl 119 and 120, so don't save it for lvl 120 if you want the highest ilvl weapon possible from questing. It's best to do this at lvl 119.

Came out of the hut and sent my pet on him. Decided to only use auto shot and to step into all of his traps for a laugh (or the lack thereof)... anyway ended the fight with both me and my pet with 100% health. Come on, make us work a *tiny bit* for our quest rewards lol
