This is the final quest of Assault on Highmountain chain.
Speak with Lasan Skytotem to take your place in queue. Scenario contains few stages:

You have to slay demons and help guards in the Thunder Totem until counter reached 100%.
Take a lift down and come next to Mayla Highmountain.
Here the demons come, you have to defeat two waves of them.
邪能勇士加戈斯 teleports next to you fight him and defeat.
Now you have to escort Mayla to the eagles, it takes a minute or two.
Ride the eagles and reach the Legion ship that is hovering in the skies
Find and rescue five friendly npcs from cages placed through the ship.
Place five dynamite stacks onto marked points through the ship.
Take the portal to 邪能指挥官艾瑞克托尔 and defeat him. Wait for the eagles and ride it to leave the ship.

After pre-patch this is bugged for me. I speak to Lasan Skyhorn to begin quest (queue scenario) and nothing happens.

I keep getting stuck on Battle for Highmountain when flying and getting dropped off. Another person had the same problem. No addons and restarted and it happened three times now. We are just running in place and can't move.

Queue times for legion invasions have gotten really slow. Trying to play catch up on an alt to get the Breaching the Tomb achievement done for the class mount and I have been waiting for ages.

As of 12/24/18, its still bugged in the beginning when you get off your hawk you're still floating in air unable to move, jump, cast, or do anything. If you leave the group you will be branded with the deserter tag and unable to queue for another 30 mins.

1/7/2019 and this damn scenario is STILL broken! I tried 4x and the final time I just left and got deserter debuff. Ive put in tickets Ive submitted suggestions Ive reported bugs multiple times. Players if you are experiencing this issue please help each other and report this. Submite Bug, suggestion, and open a live ticket. Blizzard has ignored this since the content was current and its STILL not fixed yet players who want to get their class mounts HAVE to do a legion assault but cant because this is broken. Please report!

Still bugged as of today, running in place 4 ft off the ground on dismount. Three times in a row now over hour and a half cos of deserter...…
This is fkn frustrating Blizz please fix it.

I had two groups with myself and one other lvl 120 kill 邪能勇士加戈斯 way too fast, that is to say right after he spawned and it bugged the scenario out. Mayla will not acknowledge the kill and remain kneeling, preventing the scenario from continuing. There is no way to reset this. The only thing you can do is use 'teleport out of dungeon' and then leave instance, that way you can queue up again right away.

My third group was the members of the second, so forewarned, I suggested letting Gargath fully spawn and then getting him to attack us, which I did by proximity aggro. Worked like a charm.

Actually, my issues is the the big guy at stage 9 keeps bouncing under the floor, out of range.
Very frustrating.
My only recourse is to abandon & start over again, hoping it won't bug out.

Since patch 8.2 this scenario doesn't drop any loot from the end boss. So unless you're leveling don't bother until it's been fixed (if it's ever fixed.)

For some reason, this invasion is the buggiest of all of them. Both in the scenario and some WQs.

Bugged. Can't escort Mayla, no option to start the escort. She never moves.

Not sure if anyone has had this problem, but at the end i jumped off the ship and wasn't able to hand in the quest (im assuming had a been patient the quest giver was just on the ship).

Anyway, i just clicked on the little eye on the minimap 'teleport out of dungeon' (as opposed to leave instance) and then it just brought me back out of the instance (without being a deserter) and was able to just go hand the quest back on solid ground.

Still seems to be bugged - Gargath never even teleports inside after the two waves. We stood there waiting for him for ages but he never came. Found him strolling around outside like he'd forgotton what he was meant to do. Killing him outside still didn't acknowledge completion... submitted ticket and restarted group...

The scenario was initially bugged out for me could not get Malya to start moving after we killed Gargath. Had some lag issues the first time, tried again same thing but was more aware of it, 3rd time made the other players not kill Gargath as fast that way the game has a chance to catch up and it fixed the bug so to say. Mayla started talking and was able to complete the scenario with ease. Mind you I was on my 120 fire mage ilvl440 doing it to go back and get my class mount since on a alt so doing it all super fast was hard not to do lol

Quest bugged because we killed Gargath too quickly. After leaving the party I was branded a traitor. While waiting for the debuff to run out Skyhorn disappeared. Any way to get back into the instance to finish it out?

Can confirm that in stage 4 after the 2 waves of enemies, Mayla needs to finish her dialogue BEFORE you kill the boss or you cant proceed with the instance

Okay, instance is still bugged. When the final boss is killed too quickly, the eagles will leave without you, leaving you stranded. So, be sure you have completed the scenario, then leave group. The quest should be available for turn in at the High Chieftain on the ground. At least it was for me. Good luck.

Mayla Highmountain didn't move for the escort stage. Had to leave the instance, got the Dungeon Deserter debuff. Very annoying.
