To find Myani you have to travel to Wailing Caverns entrance, 北贫瘠之地, coordinates are 40 68. There is a passage looks like a giant skull, fly through eye hole to find Myani, pick up the quest and tell you're ready to start the scenario. Scenario consisits of seven parts, there are 3 boss pet fights and 8 "common pet fights". Uncommon teams consist of one "main" pet, two others are random - chomper, smallclaw or flapper. All harm pets take 50% less damage (elite), bosses also take reduced damage. After you won any battle, you can rest and revive / swap battle pets. There's video of Pet Battle Dungeon:

Also, when you finish this quest, there'll be next one - 宠物对战挑战：哀嚎洞穴. As you are on that one you wount be able to heal pets even outside of battle. That's a challenge.
So, there are scenario parts:

As you found the final boss, there's Shadowy Figure sleeps nearby, confront with him, after monologue you'll be able to start the final fight.

The Wailing Critters dungeon opens with patch 7.2
You will need 1 level 25 pet to start the initial quest, and 3 to do the following challenge mode (no healing, no reviving).
In order to beat the challenge, you will however need a few more pets.

Here is the list I was able to do it with on the PTR:

Emerald Proto-Whelp (1 is enough but having 2 is safer)
Cogblade Raptor
Cinder Pup
Ikky
Cerulean Moth
Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling
Iron Starlette
Darkmoon Tonk
Darkmoon Zeppelin
Pandaren Water Spirit
Teroclaw Hatchling
2 Beast pets on level 25
5 more pets of any sort on level 25

It's 11 fights that you need to do and the Emerald Proto-Whelp (2 2 2) is the essential pet here. Thanks to its self-heal, it can clear the first stage and will then be in almost every other fight to clean the enemy backline pets.The other pets are interchangeable with what you have.

The fights are not very hard though and if you have a large collection of leveled pets, you won't have much trouble with this dungeon :-)

Dont even bother trying if you dont have a solid team. I've never done pet battles, like except a couple of random fights to catch more pets, and I went in there with 8 level 25 pets (4 of them being the falcosaurs), and I spent about an hour getting to the last boss. Finally here, and I can't do anything to beat him, and if I leave I gotta start all over again.

Imo it should not be a scenario, but a separate dungeon with a lockout. It's just stupid that I can't retry the last guy without clearing the entire dungeon all over again (and struggling with it too).

I was able to solo the Budding Spore boss with a Hydraling (1 2 1). Bring along another good aquatic type or two good beast types to help resist the dreadful breath attack. I brought along two Kun-Lai Runts and it worked fine.

Since this quest is the first one you can use 战斗宠物绷带 as you want.

-For the "beast" the part of the dungeon, For most of the fights

Leveling pet (I took a pet around lvl 7)
发条侏儒 2-1-1
小布 2-1-1

For the 滋生软浆怪 part :

Use 2 dragons under 276 speed with 扫尾¸ and spam it until 滋生软浆怪 dies
1 mechanical pet lvl 25 to finish other pets

For the last stage: 萌芽的永生孢子

I used one of the 4 crocodile crew They all have the same abilities!
莫莫, 尼尼, 牙牙, 毒皮 1-2-2
1 magic and 1 mechanical pet for the 2 other pets!

Is this an account wide quest? or can I do this dungeon on multiple characters?
*update* looks like you can do it on multiple characters but need to be 110 to pick up the quest, my level 100 alt cannot pick it up but does display a white ! over the quest giver at Wailling Critters

once you beat the everliving spore (i almost soloed him and his companions with one jellyfish) and the quest is complete, it tells you to return to muyani at the wailing caverns. if you jump down to where she is, she will tell you that you have to battle your way to the boss and gives you the option to exit the dungeon if you talk to her. when you select this option, it says you will lose all progress in the scenario and are you sure. as long as the quest is complete, you are fine. take her offer to exit the dungeon.

Quickest way to the Wailing caverns for this is to go the the Dalaran Magical Menagerie store, talk to Manapoof right next to Breanni, you get ported directly to the caverns.

This was definitely a fun instance but I don't know if the reward is equal, one lvl 25 boost stone seems kind of meager for the time it took, but it is what it is, ... The last boss I did with a 沼泽蟹, 金钱豹蛙, and 牙牙... Toothy died from the AOE of the boss, but the frog is a boss in here. I also used the 上古巢穴守卫 a lot as it was my only lvl 25 mechanical. If you have a good assortment of mechanical and aquatic pets, this is challenging but easy. You do get to use the Revive Battle Pets in the instance now, but it is still on the 8 min cooldown so you have to have backup pets if you want to get it done in a reasonable amount of time. And yeah the end is very vague, IMHO, Muyani should just spawn on the top shelf by Verdan the Everliving's corpse, or even below where you jump to but with the gold "?" over here head to make it more clear... the threat of resetting all my progress after I just spent ~45 min in here was kind of a double check...

There are 3 pets that can be in the rewards: Cavern Moccasin, Young Venomfang and Everliving Spore. But I've been getting rewards without any pets in the last 2 times I did this. Any stats about the chance of getting the 3rd pet? I've got only 2 out of the 3.

Budding Everliving spore. Used emperor crab to kill all three. Surge, healing wave and whirlpool. May have been luck.

This Dungeon actually starts in Dalaran in the Magical Menagerie by Talking to Serr'ah. She will send you to speak to Muyjani in Northrend

Can easily solo the final boss fight with Emperor Crab. Self-heal is key.

I beat everything up until last boss with

for the last fight i used

Netherspace Abyssal
Graves

both netherspace abyssal and graves can be replaced with anything here i think, kelp scuttler killed him (1-1-2) when my backline pets still had 50% remaining HP, so as long as your backline pets can defeat 2 common pets at half HP you are fine.

also Black temple fragments are OP.

The beginning adds were a breeze to do but the Everliving Spore gave me some trouble. I'm new to pet battles and have like 8 lvl 25 pets. My biggest issue was him doing damage to my whole team would end up killing the guys in the back before I could kill him.I was using Ban-Fu first and got him down pretty low, and then threw in Anubish Idol, and then he went down halfway through the 2nd pet due to being real low hp, and ended up finishing with Runeforged Servitor thanks for his repair ability. If I had more of a selection of pets I probably would of had a better team for it. But your guide helped me through nonetheless.

small frog just keep hitting 3 on last boss and he solos em.. lifelike mechanical frostboar is a good pet to have too and elusive skimmer can heal team

The first few were pretty easy until the 滋生软浆怪 - the second one of those was harder, but the last one, 萌芽的永生孢子 was really tough to battle.

Note: If you are an idiot, like I am, the shadowy figure you need to confront is asleep on some hay near a pile of rocks to the right. Took me way too long to figure out why I couldn't interact with the Budding Everliving Spore. *facepalm*

Also, for anyone who doesn't have the best battle pets, after several attempts I scraped by for the final boss battle using:

沙滩蟹 (Rare, L25)
钢铁星弹 (Rare, L20)
机械小鸡 (Uncommon, L25)

Both the Iron Starlette and Robo-Chick were almost dead by the time the Strand Crawler killed The Budding Everliving Spore. But between them they managed to get both 变异飞蛇's down, mostly thanks to Robo-Chick's Rebuild.

Manapoof is an NPC; the "Manapoof Link" rewarded from this quest means he will teleport you places.

In BFA (as of Aug 2020) you can access Manapoof in 2 locations:

玛纳波夫 - in the pet store in Dalaran, near Krasus Landing
玛纳波夫 - in Boralus (Alliance city)
玛纳波夫 - in Dazar'Alor (Horde city)
(OK, technically that's three locations, but without fighting into the other faction's city you'll only have convenient access to two.)

You can unlock teleports to:

My low level alts are teleported to Wailing Caverns quest giver but aren't given the "enter dungeon/scenario/pet battle" option - I click on her and nothing. What level should alts be to be able to do this weekly? My mains haven't done it in ages but they are all 50+ - I'd rather lower level did them.
