Edit: I was close. "A Change of Seasons" requires 20k/21k revered.

I didnt get this item from completing the quest because i didnt complete the quest. I started the A change of Seaons quest chain and thought I would turn it in after completing it and getting an artifact research note completed to get more AP. But once I finished the quest chain the quest turn in npc was gone.

So, does completing this provide any new quest lines? Cause right now i see no obvious reason to deliver it. Much rather keep this until much higher artifact research...

Turn in for this quest is Valewalker Farodin in Shal'Aran, Meredil flight point.

Just in case you forgot in the time it took to get Exalted :)

You do not need to complete this quest for the Good Suramaritan achievement. I was able to complete the 'A Change of Seasons' storyline without it.

Looks like im holding onto this turn in forever, best AP item that scales till i hit AK25 and doesnt impede new questlines..

On artefact knowledge lvl 50 this item will reward (if not nerfed) some 1.38 billion AP. To wait or not to wait? Even Hamlet couldn't answer that.

If you are having trouble turning in this quest, read this!

So I went back to Valewalker Farodin through the portal to Falanaar like some people had suggested. He wouldn't let me turn in Redemption for the Fallen, but he offered 2 starter quests for that area (Fragments of Disaster and The Shardmaidens). I obviously hadn't done any of the quests in Falanaar before, which is why I wasn't able to just turn it in when I took the portal to him. Once I finished those 2 quests, Another Arcan'dor Closes... became available, which took me back through the portal to Shal'Aran. Once you return to Shal'Aran, Valewalker Farodin can be found standing next to First Arcanist Thalyssra. Turn in whatever quests you still have to him, and then you should be able to turn in Redemption for the Fallen! Hope this helps!
