If you have just picked this quest up, it means it's time to go to Dalaran and start the World Quests from Khadgar

HOW TO GET NIGHTFALLEN REPUTATION:

1. The first way you get reputation with The Nightfallen is by completing world quests in Suramar. The world quests must be completed in Suramar for the reputation. You will not get Nightfallen reputation for completing world quests in any other zone (unless they are Nightfallen quets in other zones).

2. The second way you get reputation with the Nightfallen is by turning in Ancient Mana at Leystations which are located around Suramar. Check out this map to see the locations of the Leystations.

By using these techniques, you should get to honored with the Nightfallen within about two days.

In 7.3, this rep gate was supposed to be removed.... obviously not, unfortunately.

So I ticketed a GM the other day, cause I have the same issue as below, where I couldn't progress past this quest, even with the rep limitations removed.... This is the fantastic response the GM gave me....

So, I understand you're trying to find your way through Suramar now that you've completed Seed of Hope. Well, while we're not able to give out hints, I recommend going to Wowhead and searching for a remedy, or posting on our official forums and seeing if another player can assist you.
