I'm sharing a post that I had put up for aid with the 'No Time To Heal' achievement. It's not the most aggressive tactic but it does seem suitable to use when going up against nearly any combination the enemy team may have.

I had a concept that would win this achievement which I've finally got to put into practice and, although it can be time consuming, it works very well.

'Kill 'em with kindness!' This trick is to use a team that can keep up recursion of full health while keeping the environmental effect Sunlight active (as you kinda don't want that to wear off or the double-sized health pool that you've accumulated will be lost.) Sunlight also does a bit of damage to the entire enemy team so (if the opponent doesn't forfeit first) you will start knocking out one, two, or even all three of their pets.

The team that finally won me this achievement was three Singing Sunflowers (2/1/2.) There's no set-in-stone rotation to use as your opponent may change the environment (in which case you'd want to get Sunlight back up right away) or they may throw other curves balls into the mix.

The main thing is keeping up Sunlight anytime before it expires and simply rotating in one Singing Sunflower, casting Photosynthesis, then pet swap in the next Singing Sunflower for it to cast Photosynthesis, and so on.

I suggest not worrying about using Solar Beam - there's a time for a well placed (and quite surprising to your opponent that's only seen you use Sunlight and Photosynthesis up until that point) ~831 damage - assuming Sunlight is active when you work in that Solar Beam blast. The two-rounds that it takes to recover from using Solar Blast shouldn't be a problem if you have your Photosynthesis up and had the full or near-full 2564 health before blasting.

As with any pet battle team, this isn't a guaranteed win. It does take patience but it's always funny to see your opponent finally forfeit in frustration of your impenetrable wall of smiling flowers!

Please note that this is a weekly account quest.

If you pick it up and complete this on a character, you will be unable to pick it up again on another character.

If you pick this quest up on a character and turn it in on another, the same applies.

It seems that you can do this quest several times over in the same week... as long as u pick it with one char and finish it with another. Then log back the first char... I'm not sure if it works with all level 110s, but I start it with a 110 (lower chars cannot start it) and finish it with a lower one (to get the XP) just to discover when I logged back the 110 that the quest is back there...
I have the feeling that this isn't "working as originally intended"™ and will be probably fixed A.S.A.P. when blizz will find out...

Per a recent Blizzard post:

It appears that the quest "The Very Best" was made character specific with Legion. So you should be able to pick up and complete it using multiple qualifying characters.

Be careful when logging in with multiple accounts while you're trying to finish this quest. I've logged onto my bank alt (different account on the same BNet account) while trying to finish the quest on my main, and the second I got out of a pet battle and was at 4/5 wins, I could see the exclamation mark above the quest giver again... the quest had disappeared from my quest log without any reason and I had to pick it up again, starting at 0/5.

Happened again as I logged out of my second account.

As someone who doesn't have an uber pro pet battle team and keeps fighting the same 3 people over and over again (and losing to them of course), this was really, really annoying.

Quest progress is account-wide, and if you complete the quest on one character, you can pick it up again on another character. But if you log onto a character that's already turned it in that week, the quest will be removed from your log (account-wide), and your progress will be lost.

I logged in today, Wed 14 March 2018 to the message 'The quest The Very Best has been removed from your quest log'. Any thoughts?

It looks like the win counter resets if is less than 5 /character. So it would be wise to get the 5 wins without logging out, else you'll have to start all over again. Once the 5 victories are achieved there is no problem to log out and deliver the quest later.

In Battle for Azeroth, this quest is succeeded by 强中自有强中手 and is retrievable in your dungeon journal (Shift+J by default), 记载者图帕 for Alliance or 记载者修帕 for Horde.

This quest is obsolete and is replaced with 强中自有强中手 in Shadowlands. Quest starts from 看护者卡-托尔 in Oribos.

For some reason, my wins doesn't count. I'm using all lvl 25, I've checked if it is count wins on another char, but nothing works. Anyone tried this?
