Do I need to do something special to make this quest appear? I'm 106 and still can't recruit the second type of followers. Vicar Eliza doesn't show up in the temple for me, and Moira doesn't have this quest for me. I do have a priest quest for the Eye of Azshara dungeon; do I need to complete that first?

So I'm trying to figure out why I only have one type of troops and discover that there is a second recruiter Vicar Eliza who doesn't appear in my class hall. So I look this up to find that, unlike most of my other 11 classes, I have to do a dungeon (Eye of something) to be graced with a quest from Moira to get this second recruiter. However, I REFUSE to do dungeons, either to progress in my class or professions, which apparently started with Legion. I like MMOs, but I shouldn't have to do dungeons to progress and I don't care what anybody thinks about that, especially since this is new. It was bad enough that, even with professions, one still couldn't get good gear unless you did dungeons; I came to grips with that BS, but THIS is messed up. Blizzard has decided to screw people who do not want to do dungeons and I say, Screw you Blizzard! I'd rather not progress in class or professions to do dungeons or to be compelled to do them "or else" so ... /finger
