Lord Tyrosus is in the centre of Dalaran near the portal. Prophet Velen is by the Dalaran flight path circle. These may have swapped positions since the first month the quest was out. Return to your class hall and as you click the entry portal a choice will appear. Thanks to contributions below for the edit.

For those who are shadow and not geared or a holy priest like me, Balnazzar can be like chopping down a tree. Luckily I had a void sphere in my bag and it took a huge chunk of his health out. I didn't need it to win but it sure did save a lot of time! I am sure a vial of shadows would be just as useful but I didn't have one.

On the second phase of his attack, you will know it when you see it.

If you happen to run in a "bug" ? that Lord Tyrosus is not there, try to abandon the quest. Retook it and first approach him at the flight master area - and for 2nd go to the prohet to the middle of Dalaran.

When I talked first to the Prophet, Lord Tyrosus was not there.

I think it's bugged or something... i started killing Balnazzar, then he went in the top middle area, where you go to power up your artifact, and now i only do like 900 damage with mind blast, a couple thousands (4-5k) with void torrent. Is this normal? He still has 13M hp now and i'm not willing to go 1k at a time till i kill him. Please helpp

Kind of funny. All I could think about when I was fighting the demon guy at the end was that thank god this Paladin/Light/Demon guy (洛萨克森) was there to help me BECAUSE PRIEST SPEC SUX SO BAD THIS XPAC.

And yes, I was really thinking that.

Balnazzar bugged out for me as well. Jumping to the higher platform, where I did jack#$%^ in damage.
The only solution was dropping the quest and doing it all over.

When it had bugged out I had died just before that because of my zealous actions, second time round I made sure not to die and stood back and watched the cinematic and arrival of Lothraxion and after that I was able to kill Balnazzar. Not sure if it is related, just my findings.

Combat does not end if you watch the faulty cinematic. Cinematic will start and focus way above Balnazzar indicating something is wrong. If you are dead he will lose his target and only focus on Lothraxion who can keep him dazed 24/7, for a week if you like, but only does the damage of a 2 year old. So, in a constant daze, no one can ever dps him down. There are no bugs, only features, so...this is a lesson in how to exit the instance and restart.

Be sure to pick Vial of Dark Shadows before starting the scenario and then let the Faceless One own everything. As a discipline priest this made up for the my crappy dps output particularly on the two named mobs that you need to kill at the start. When it comes to closing the portals just dot up mobs near the portals and faceless one will take the aggro whilst you disable them.

How do I unlock the third relic slot and upgrade my artifact appearance after finishing this? I got the high priest title and there are no more quests in at Netherlight Temple. I checked everywhere in the Temple and there literally isn't any quest.

Ah ha! I couldn't figure out why after I completed this quest I didn't see any NPC to finish the next quest to upgrade my artifact weapon, so if that happens go back to Dalaran then back to the Netherlight Temple and Alonsus will be next to the Altar of Light and Shadow.

Prophet Velen is by the Dalaran flight path circle. Lord Tyrosus is in the center of Dalaran near the portal. After talking to Tyrosus go back to Netherlight Temple and click on the normal portal you use to enter. A choice will pop up. This is when the actual fight begins. Both side rooms will have a mini boss you will need to kill first. Don't waste time on all the adds. After the two adds are down phase 3 begins. Destroy the portals the adds are coming out of then the boss.

You can completely ignore the crappy little adds that aren't the quest objective. If any aggro on you, just drag them to the friendly NPCs and the NPCs will pull the adds off you.

Okay, you almost finished your 7.1 class hall company, there's a scenario only to earn an echievement.
First, speak with 先知维伦 - you'll find him next to the central portal in Dalaran.
You also have to speak with 玛克斯韦尔·泰罗索斯男爵 - he is at Krasus Landing.
Get back to Netherlight Temple, there the scenario will start.

Get close to npcs and join the battle.
Slay 奥格罗斯 (right wing) and 食魂者托瑞纳 (left wing).
Destroy four demonic portals in different corners of the central room.
Defeat 巴纳扎尔

Next quest is Champion: Alonsus Faol, which you can complete immediately and will grant you Alonsus Faol as an additional follower.

If you're a paladin like me and have never set foot in the Netherlight temple before, there is a portal back to Dalaran after this finishes at the very north.
