1. 巨龙之眼
• Use 卡雷的影像水晶, in your inventory to summon the 卡雷的影像 while standing in the Azure Dragonshrine of 龙骨荒野.
• Accept the quest, 巨龙之眼, from 卡雷的影像.
• Travel west, to Coldarra, 北风苔原 to the area of 29, 28, to scout the following locations:
• • Nexus Spire - Located at coords 29.1, 27.2.
• • Surge Needle - Travel east to coords 32.1, 27.8.
• • Nexus Foundation - Travel west to coords 29.4, 28.4.
• Turn in the quest by clicking 'Complete Quest' in your quest log.

Take a fly (flight master of Wyrmrest Temple is Nethestrasz (60.3 51.6)) to Borean Tundra.
You have to scout three structures, located across The Nexus:

Nexus spire is at 28.4 .29.0,
Surge Needle is as 32.4 28.9,
Nexus foundation is as 29.3 28.1.

Shadowlands Pre-Patch

tldr; use the 'boss button' to summon the dragon flight as soon as you get to Coldarra. Button may disappear.

If doing this quest chain at a level below flying (level 30, I was level 16), I learned that I had to use the 'boss button' to summon the dragon flight, right away; otherwise, the button disappeared after a few minutes. I had to abandon the quest, fly all they way back to Dalaran, then trek back down to the Azure Dragonshrine in Dragonblight (just the edge of the shrine), to get the quest back.
