Just completed this quest today and the quest reward item 魔法夜之子硬币 is currently bugged in my bag. The text reads "Retrieving Item Information" in red text and is currently unusable.

If you are in a group, this quest can bug out. You need to help each of the four yourself, but if you friend does it too, it counts twice, so it'll say 4/4 after 2, when you still need to do the other 2 as well.

Wowhead shows it above "Mother/Brother/Sister/Neighbour" but in game it only shows the count of citizens.

You do not have to stand by the victims once you have... dispensed compassion. Just go find the next one, or if done, go back to the quest giver. It takes about 12 seconds after administering the Arcwine for you to receive credit.

Bugged on the 7.1 PTR. The NPCs you need to feed wine to won't appear. If you move away from the area, they appear on the minimap, but disappear again when you get close. There are also legion forces everywhere briefly when I come back to the area, making me think the phasing for the whole area is bugged.

This quest is unable to be completed when in a group. You get credit for each party member each time you give them wine, but the quest seems to need you to give the wine to all four people. Works correctly when you drop group.
